My son, Lt John P. Morin Jr, is a Naval Officer in San Diego, Ca, He is currently at sea on the USS Theodore Roosevelt.

His Genesis was taken to a dealership in San Diego by a friend because the sunroof was stuck open. The car is under warranty. Trying to find out what Hyundai Dealership has his car? I believe it was taken in for service Dec 8.

I have a 2023 Santa Fe Model XRT with a 2.5L I recently had a bad experience with a Hyundai Service Dept. When is the trouble light come on when it's low oil pressure. I was down 2 quarts of oil no Trouble Light?

I have a parasitic drain on my Hyundai EQUUS. Dealership keeps charging me to find but says they cannot.

Online there is talk about removing the memory fuse when not using car to stop this from happening.

Is there a fix for this problem? I have spent a lot of money for this car, and nobody can tell me how to fix it.

Could you please tell me what a dealer charged Consumer Data Protection fee is in the US and why I can’t find any information on it online. I’ve also never been charged this fee on any contract I’ve ever had for a car.

The Internet and social media is filled with reports of a huge increase in Hyundai thefts. This increase is based on a widely publicized design weakness that enables the easy theft of Hyundai cars. Will Hyundai offer an upgrade (hopefully a free upgrade) to my 2018 Kona that will eliminate this design weakness?

My engine seized on me & I get my oil changed regularly, but Hyundai is telling me the recall have been done but it’s messing up again on the same recall!

I was told it would be around 6 weeks to have my engine replaced through the warranty and want to know how to get reimbursed for the rental car. Thanks Julie Bruer

Dealers say black,white and gray are your most popular colors, but as I tell them that is the only ones on their lots. The only two other colors you have for your 2022 are red and blue.

What happen to light blue or tan or the lava orange you had in 2019.

i have a 2015 sonata hydride. This is my fourth Hyundai I bought this Hyundai from Bob Dunn Hyundai, in Greensboro N.C.,and I bough the extended warranty to 100,000 miles I now have 95000 miles.

My thermostat is stuck open. Will not heat up very fast. Capital Hyundai of Raleigh N. C.

Bought Bob Dunn Hyundai a while back. I ask them to repair my thermostat under my extended warranty. They said NO. I did not buy the car from them and they would not honor it.when you buy a business don't you buy the debts as well as their assets?

As far as I was concerned I bought the warranty from Hyundai. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Can you assist me in any way?
