Hyundai Motor Credit is happy to take your money for the loan but when they error and overdraft your checking account with unauthorized loan payment they tel you its 10 business days to correct and provide a hollow apology. I turned in my vehicle in August 2011 and in September they drafted my account for the loan payment which was paid and satisfied which is an unauthorized transaction. I called to complain and they said it would take 10 business days to reverse even though they drafted my account and I am traveling. Companies like this should be ashamed of themselves for offering such a lack or responsive service when they make a major error and hurt their clients. Hyundai has great vehicles but there financing division or provider, Hyundai Motor Credit gets poor marks in client services and correcting problems. 35b25a7
