I asked for a due date change and was denied. It seems they only allow one or two due date changes throughout the entire loan. So I am stuck with $20 late fees every month. Never again will I use this company to finance my Hyundai and we love Hyundais and plan to purchase more in the future. In fact, the dealership that bamboozled us into financing through them, we will not buy from again.

We pay our mortgage in the beginning of the month, instead of the middle of the month now, and so we can only pay on the 15th, and they will not change our due date to the 15th. They Suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 35b1d22
