Hyundai Motor America complaint by Ctayl115
I can't believe HMFC had the nerve to lose my payoff check and try to add interest onto my account b/c the payoff date passed. How in the *** do you lose certified mail but send me the return receipt that was attached to the envelope. What f*** kind of customer service is that? It's funny how they can lose your check and ask you to send them another one but charge you extra for every $2000 if you payoff your account by phone. I will never ever, ever purchase another Hyundai and have it financed by HMFC b/c they are full of sh*t!!!!!!!!!!!!!
