I can't believe HMFC had the nerve to lose my payoff check and try to add interest onto my account b/c the payoff date passed. How in the *** do you lose certified mail but send me the return receipt that was attached to the envelope. What f*** kind of customer service is that? It's funny how they can lose your check and ask you to send them another one but charge you extra for every $2000 if you payoff your account by phone. I will never ever, ever purchase another Hyundai and have it financed by HMFC b/c they are full of sh*t!!!!!!!!!!!!! 35b36a5

Hyundai Motor Finance Company is terrible. We have tried paying our car payments, on time, every month, and we asked them for a due date change, and they only allow 2, for the length of your loan, which is usually 5 years on a car. So every month we get a $20 late fee assessed because we pay on the 15th.
